Hugo Carretero Dios

Biografía

Soy miembro del Departamento de Metodología de las Ciencias del Comportamiento de esta Universidad, siendo uno de los responsables de la asignatura de Grado Métodos y Diseños de Investigación en Psicología. Imparto también docencia sobre los mismos contenidos en el Máster en Psicología de la Intervención Social. Desde los primeros años de mi carrera investigadora me he ocupado de los procesos envueltos en la creación/adaptación de tests. Aunque he trabajado sobre distintas variables, mis trabajos de creación/adaptación de tests se han centrado fundamentalmente en dominios vinculados al sentido del humor, siendo el estudio de esta variable lo que en la actualidad ocupa la mayor parte de mis esfuerzos investigadores. Junto a esta línea de trabajo, gran parte de mi actividad investigadora de los últimos diez años también está centrada en el desarrollo y adaptación de instrumentos de evaluación relacionados con el sexismo y las actitudes sobre la violencia de género.

He realizado estancias de investigación en la University of Zürich (Suiza), Freie Universität (Berlín), Universidad de Bucaramanga (Colombia), y la Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador (El Salvador).
